Background

Li Yi joined the globally recognized McKinsey & Company in 2016, working in the Los Angeles, Beijing and Nairobi offices. During this time, he gained a wealth of consulting experience and gained a deep understanding of operating models and management strategies across a number of industries.In 2021, Yi chose to quit his job and embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to start FarmWorks, an agri-tech company based in Kenya.
