Are you searching for the meaning of life? Do you feel lost in the hustle and bustle of work and life? Perhaps you, like me, have been torn between ideals and reality, and ultimately chose a path of inward exploration.

I have played Zen 7 a dozen times in the Zen hall of the Zen Rinzai Sect, and I have been a monk for a short time, and I have actually shaved my head;
Practiced jhana with a number of Theravada Venerable Masters and lived in a long stay at a Zen forest cabin;
He traveled to Nepal and India every year for four consecutive years to listen to Mingyur Rinpoche's teachings until the epidemic hit.

For the first five years, I had a full-time job; for the second six years, I chose to freelance and kicked off the F.I.R.E Financial Freedom Program, which is currently progressing at 611 TP3 T. At this moment in time, I'm empowered to choose my ideals and write a booklet with ambition.
