My account manager is always online and very helpful. They have made many updates over the past year. Product Offers are great and I always get paid on time.
Sell Health is really bad as far as responding to emails. They don't respond to emails at all. They have zero support and if there was a zero option here, I would definitely give them a zero.
If they don't respond to emails, there's no point in calling or Skyping them ......
I don't know who the people are who give them high ratings or claim that their affiliate manager always replies. But I do know one thing - I have this picture posted on my account as my "affiliate manager" and this guy never responds to any of my concerns or inquiries!

This is one of the best ad affiliates I've seen. Payments are bi-weekly and actual payments are made earlier. Support is great, especially Drew.Usual response time is about 10 minutes or so. Highly recommended!

I have been working with them for years. It's been one of my "money makers". Payments are on time, the affiliate manager is helpful (at least mine is), the product and site look great, and the commissions are okay.
What's going on with SellHealth now? It's unlikely that they don't respond to emails and don't pay on time. But it has been over a month and I am still waiting for my payment to be sent to me via paypal. Bruce has not responded to my emails. He previously told me he would send my payment on May 10th. He said if I didn't receive the check by May 10th he would reissue it on my paypal. But 5 days have passed and I am still waiting. Is this ad affiliate still paying their affiliates? I am very disappointed with this ad affiliate. If they can't pay on time, they should at least respond to emails.
There are probably fewer Offers in this ad affiliate than other ad affiliates you've come across before, and fewer than I've come across before. However, this is offset by the high payouts and the fact that SellHealth actually owns and creates every product in the ad affiliate.
The Affiliate management team is fantastic and Drew is available almost 24/7 to answer any questions or help me increase my conversion rate.
