I have been using Market Leverage now for 12 months. They offer a lot of quality campaigns. They always pay me on time. In my opinion, they are the best.

I'm still relatively new to the Market Leverage CPA ad affiliate and haven't fully tried it out yet, but from what I've seen, they have a lot of unique Offers to choose from, most of which I haven't seen on any other ad affiliate. I plan to start sending traffic next week.
Market leverage is a great company that always pays on time. The only problem I've had is that the constantly changing URLs cause the links to fail. Their variety of Offers is not too diverse, something they may need to improve on, but they do have some of the highest payouts.
