I haven't received the commissions for the past 3 months. I know Kevin very well, he is a good person, but the accountant (Rihana) is extremely irresponsible. Her behavior does not resemble that of a professional. Moreover, it's laughable that I have sent her nearly 5 emails, yet she has not responded to a single one. I believe she is unfit to hold an accounting position.

I have been working with Xy7 Elite Affiliate Adsense for about 6 months now. Based on my experience, I really enjoy working with Kevin and the rest of the team. The points I value most about this ad affiliate are reliability, responsive affiliate manager, fast technical support, very good tracking system - most of the time, it's not like "hey man, run this, run this, run this"! Annoying affiliate manager - they don't provide any real value to my business or offer related to what I need or can provide, pay very reasonably, and are very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this affiliate advertising affiliate.

I noticed that all the previous reviews were from a long time ago, but in my experience it's almost impossible to contact anyone in the company. They say if you don't make $1000 a week for three weeks in a row they will pay after 30 days. I inquired for a whole month about the different payment options because I couldn't change them on their website and it took a couple weeks for a reply, then they told me they pay after 30 days, but instead of paying the previous months earnings on the 30th day, they pay them at the beginning of the next month, which means that instead of June's earnings being paid on July 30th, they are paid sometime in August. I'm still waiting for someone to respond. Since I pulled all ads until I get paid, I would be very wary of this company, they seem to have more affiliates than they can handle and are not very accurate when it comes to payments or answering questions. There is no FAQ, no page explaining payments, I thought they had been in operation for a couple years but it looks like they are handling things like they have only been in operation for a couple days. By the way, I have evidence of contact via Skype, phone and email, all of which took weeks to get a response.

I joined XY7Elite one day after 5 years away from IM gaming.
In 2008, Kevin was my AM on XY7 and one day I saw him online on Facebook and decided to chat with him. I joined and we started chatting daily. With his help, I reached my weekly payment minimum almost immediately.
Whenever I had a question, Kevin would message me back, no matter what.
XY7 is my ad affiliate of choice, not only because of the Offers provided, but because I enjoy the value that comes from having an AM like Kevin.

There are really a lot of options out there for affiliate advertisers and to be honest there isn't much difference between them.
That being said, Kevin at XY7 has always been able to provide service beyond what I've ever experienced with any of the affiliate advertisers I've worked with (I've worked with about 25-30 affiliate advertisers, all of which I've had tons of business with).
I'm only willing to work with ad affiliates that pay me on time, every time.
I can happily say that XY7 has been paying me on time for the past year.
    Recommendations to anyone!

I've been working with Kevin at xy7/xy7elite for almost a decade and we've promoted each other's products and exchanged millions of dollars.Kevin and his team are some of the top, most trustworthy people in the industry. I've never had a xy7 non-payment and have always been paid on time, without even having to push. kevin offers the best Offers and is online 24/7. If you're going to join any ad affiliate, go with xy7elite with an A+++ rating.

We have been with XY7Elite since 2010 and have never had any problems. They offer a variety of Offers and we have received weekly payments since day one, even though we only do a couple hundred dollars a day.
The only downside is the tracking platform (linktrust), which isn't as good as Cake, Hasoffers, and other solutions available today, but it gets the job done and is a much cheaper platform, which probably explains why XY7Elite pays out more than most other CPA ad affiliates.
Overall, this is a very reliable CPA ad affiliate that we look forward to continuing to work with for many years to come.

Chad Castle here, I didn't come here to bad mouth or put anyone down because I think very highly of Kevin and the entire xy7elite ad affiliate team. I really like each and every one of them and have been trying to make them one of my main ad affiliates to drive my traffic until all of this happened. I've been with xy7 for a couple years now, and for a couple different reasons, I haven't really been consistently sending them a lot of traffic. Just recently, xy7 accused me of fraud. It all started with an offer from H&R BLOCK that paid $6 per unique user signing up for leads and ended with me not getting paid. I ran the offer exactly according to the terms set forth by the advertiser on the offer page, did not bid on trademarks or bid on turbo tax or its misspellings or variations, and in any case, I ran the offer with search based traffic, did not violate any terms or commit any form of fraud, and when the end of the month came (February 2012), all was well, and the offer converted very well! (the HR Block offer alone was over $100 per day). mid-March (March 2012) rolled around and the offer was still converting well, so I did what any smart affiliate marketer would do, and that's to not hit the $1,000 per week revenue requirement of reviewing the traffic ahead of time for a quick payout, which is better than a net 30 so that the campaign budget can be increased to get maximum exposure and conversions. Let me remind you that it was over a month before I asked for payment and there were no complaints or issues with my traffic until I asked for early payment. What really annoyed me was the way the whole thing was handled. First of all, my clicks and converting IPs didn't match, and they said the leads were submitted manually, but that wasn't the case, so I wanted an explanation, so I tried to figure out on my own why this was happening, but I couldn't for the life of me figure it out. In an early conversation with Rhianna, she said:
    "Chad.
Unfortunately, someone did commit fraud. This is a very clear case of fraud."
I started to think if this was such an obvious case of fraud why did this issue not come up until after I had requested payment and almost two months later, I was familiar with Link Trust xy7's tracking platform and knew that they had access to fraud filters that prevented this type of transaction from taking place through LinkTrust and brought this to Rhianna's attention and we even contacted by phone Link Trust to verify this, I mean Rhianna and I contacted link trust over the phone and they told us how the filters worked and Rhianna agreed to implement them and allegedly got the technical team to add the filters and then a major technical issue occurred that again allegedly seriously messed up xy7's tracking, which is really weird, and it's not like we're going to be able to do that. Because Rhianna asked me to call her and explain what happened, and in the midst of this series of confusion, she eventually apologized and said that they had figured out what was wrong and that no fraud had occurred. Another couple weeks went by and I didn't hear anything else so I sent Rhianna an email saying:
"Hi Rhianna, do you have any other information for me? When we spoke on the phone I thought everything was under control, why haven't I received payment yet?
    Thank you.
    Chad Castle."
That's when it all went wrong again, and is now accused of sending "adult traffic" to the offer, Rhianna came back to say:
    "Hi Chad.
I made absolutely no indication that you would receive payment. In fact, they wrote me again yesterday to reiterate that we would be very lucky to receive payment because they say this traffic violates the terms of the H&R campaign. In fact, they claim it also violates the rules of any major advertising affiliate, including us. They even say there is some adult type ppv traffic? Do you have any idea what's going on here?"
"(I)What do you mean by adult types? The only ppv traffic I've ever run is from LeadImpact DotCOM, and you can't target any specific age group, only by targeting adult URLs."
"(Rhianna says) You don't know what I mean by adults? (Porn- could be soft porn or just, people being vulgar and nasty)"
Ok, now that they say I send adultporn traffic to that offer, what's next? One of the things I still can't get over is the fact that when Rhianna talks about advertisers it sounds like there are two other ad affiliates besides xy7 involved in brokering that offer, in other words the main ad affiliate, someone else, xy7 and then me...
I really think an agreement needs to be reached as soon as possible and there is no reason to waste my time and money.
    Chad Castle.
