This ad affiliate doesn't work anymore! Do not work with them! They haven't paid in 8 months!
I've been with them for two years now and they are one of my top ad affiliates. They are pretty strict on fraud prevention and I had to justify the quality of my traffic in the beginning because they have a lot of international business and fraud can easily happen. But since most of my business is double confirmed emails, quality is not an issue. I highly recommend them. My affiliate manager is Jackie and she's fantastic.
