There’s quite a good selection of offers available. I especially recommend them for the great converting lead generation campaigns available for incentive publishers, particularly in Dating and Email/Zip submits offers. While there aren’t a lot of CPL offers at the moment, they do have some good Fashion and Adult CPS programs.
**Payout – 1/5**
They need to change their payout module. The current options of Net5, Net15, etc., create confusion for publishers. It would be clearer if they just stated that they pay Net30. I have a pending payment for the months of June, July, and August. Jason Chang kept telling me that they haven’t been paid for the Degrees.info offer, but I ran the same offer with other networks and was paid in full. This has raised significant concerns about their reliability. However, I do appreciate the on-time weekly payments, every Thursday, for the payments that have been processed correctly.
**Tracking – 4/5**
Tracking is generally reliable, and I love the way you can see the tracking system that got the sale. Some offers do not get tracked, which is why it’s not a full 5 points here.
**Support – 2/5**
Support is generally fast and responsive, even outside of stated business hours. However, my recent experience with Jason Chang has been frustrating as he never responds on IM, email, or phone. Their co-owner, James, uses VOIP services, making it difficult to establish proper communication. This lack of responsiveness is a major issue.
**Conclusion**
So far, so good with this new network. They are definitely shaping up to be Australia’s best affiliate network fast. However, due to my ongoing issues with payments and support, I cannot fully endorse them yet. I’ve been working with them for the last three months. Although I couldn’t reach the threshold in the first month, the next two months were superb, and I received both payments through wire transfer. I suggest this network to affiliates who are particularly interested in Dating and Email/Zip submits offers, but be very cautious. The network does not always pay what they owe, and you might end up wasting your time. Once we are paid in full (and thank you for the partial payments so far), we will continue to use this network but limit our activity to generating no more than $100 – $200 per month until improvements are made.

PointLeads.com is a new network of high quality that provides a comfortable working environment. I currently work with them and find it to be a positive experience overall, but serious issues with payments and support need to be addressed. I remain cautiously optimistic about their potential.
